The Aoki web cleaning roll is mounted beneath the paper side of the clothing to be cleaned. The roll cleans the clothing on-line, throughout the complete clothing width. The roll is hollow and equipped with special moulded angular slots, through which saturated vapour / water / air is applied through nozzles on the clothing to be cleaned at a gentle pressure of 2 to 6 bar. This treatment is absolutely chemical-free.
The roll / box is made from rigid high-grade steel for long service life and is resistant to the high temperature and humidity stress in paper and board machines.
